Winner of 2009 Best Places to Work in Western New York - Extra Large Company Category

Freed Maxick & Battaglia, CPAs won the extra-large company category for the 2009 “Best Places to Work” in Western New York awards, according to Buffalo Business First and Quantum Market Research.  Business First, in conjunction with Quantum, invited hundreds of Western New York businesses to participate in a survey that lets employees measure their work environment.  To complete the process, each company invited their employees to complete a voluntary 40-page survey online. 

The responses to the questions asked were analyzed by Quantum, and each company’s results indicated how “engaged” their employees are at the company. Freed Maxick participated in the “Extra-large Company” category (with 200 employees or more) and had a high percentage of “enthusiastic” employees complete the survey.  Because of the impressive results, the firm will be honored a “Best Places to Work” at a reception to be held at the Buffalo Convention Center.
