One of our core values here at Freed Maxick is to be “In it for the community.” Not only is this an important value for my company, but it is an important value for me personally as well. This year, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has recognized me as one of “Rochester’s Finest.” This accolade awards young professionals for their success, leadership and commitment to making a difference in their community.

In accepting this distinction, I have committed to raise money to help the Foundation realize its mission of controlling and curing cystic fibrosis (CF) through medical research. New medication and clinical research funded by the foundation now allow individuals to live into their 50s and 50% of those with CF ( approximately 30,000 people in the US).

Cystic Fibrosis is a life-threatening, genetic disease that causes persistent lunch infections and progressively limits the ability to breathe. If you would like more information on how to support the organization, please click here.
