Mark Stebbins, CPA, is a director in the firm’s tax department where he is responsible for providing day-to-day tax advisory services. He coordinates and supervises the preparation of corporate income tax returns and reviews annual and quarterly provisions for income taxes for his clients.

Mr. Stebbins has diverse experience serving both closely held businesses, as well as public companies and is well versed in preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns and providing value added tax advisory services. Mr. Stebbins is also director of Freed Maxick's FAS 109 service area.

Mr. Stebbins was a senior manager with the International Accounting Firm of KPMG, LLP and served in their Upstate New York tax practice for over thirteen years. 

Mr. Stebbins is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo.
