Joseph M. Aquino, CPA, CVA joined Freed Maxick in 1998, and is a Director in the Firm's Audit and Accounting and Business Valuation and Litigation Support Practices.
Joe is responsible for the overall planning, supervision and completion of client engagements. He has developed a broad background in accounting and auditing in the manufacturing, real estate, construction and general services industries.
As a Director in the Business Valuation and Litigation Support Practice, his extensive experience includes preparation of valuations for gifting and estate tax purposes, buy-sell agreements, litigation support matters and mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price allocations and impairment testing. Joe has also provided expert testimony in court on business valuation matters and has consulted on engagements related to shareholder and contract disputes, lost profits and forensic accounting.
