Michael is a Principal in the Firm's Tax Practice and CSP360 Practice. With more than 20 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant he focuses on flow-through entities and closely-held businesses. He also specializes in the areas of Federal and New York State tax credits and Cost Segregation. During his professional career, Michael had obtained a broad background in manufacturing, real estate, and retail and wholesale industries.
