Thaddeus J. Woronowicz, III, CPA, is a Director in Freed Maxick’s Tax Practice. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Corporate Tax Manager of a “Big 4” Firm for 11 years and a Tax Principal at a large local firm.
Ted is responsible for the overall planning, supervision, and completion of engagements for complex entities. Ted’s areas of expertise include federal & state tax compliance and consulting for partnerships, S corporations, individuals, trusts, and C corporations. He has gained extensive knowledge and experience from his work with large family-owned businesses and clients in the real estate, manufacturing, and service industries. Ted is also a member of the firm’s Tangible Property Service Group.
