Thomas Berical, CPA, is a Director in Freed Maxick’s Auditing and Accounting Practice and is the Assurance Practice Leader. Tom joined the Firm in 1990 after working for a national audit firm.
During his professional career, Tom has obtained a broad background in the manufacturing, construction and general service industries. Tom is also actively involved in the Firm’s manufacturing, construction, SEC, and venture capital / private equity groups.
