The Employee Advancement and Retention Network (EARN) Initiative began at Freed Maxick as a formal way to achieve retention goals, along with promoting and providing firm-wide advancement and recognition opportunities. We’ve never been a “one size fits all” firm – the uniqueness of our population is what sets us apart from other firms and employers.
