Team-Oriented – We assign teams to work on client engagements. With many hours spent together, you’ll need to work effectively with your colleagues so our clients work is completed efficiently. Teams change depending on the type of client involved; you will often find yourself working on many different client engagements.
A Wide Variety of Skills Beyond the Technical – We are looking for individuals who can offer more than technical skills and display good interpersonal and communication abilities. As a trusted business advisor, you must be able to communicate effectively, and help clients understand complex issues. We are also looking for candidates who possess skills and experience in areas of leadership, business development, and sales and marketing.
Educated, Qualified, Respected – Our employees have a wide range of educational backgrounds and skills, but most hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
