Jacob Meek
University at Albany
BS, Accounting – May 2014
MBA – May 2015

Jacob is a resident of Penfield, but is spending this summer in Albany.  In 2012, he interned with another regional firm in Rochester, NY.  He participates in the Leadership Council and the Student Athletic Association Committee. Since 2010, Jacob has been a Division 1 Football Player for the University, and last summer was part of the Staff for the NY Giants Football Camp.

Erika Batz
St. John Fisher College
BS, Accounting – December 2013

Erika lives in Churchville.  Since 2009, she has worked in Sales & Customer Service for Rochester 100, Inc.  She also was a Marketing Intern for Stantec Consulting Services.  Erika is a member of the St. John Fisher Dance Club.

Jonathan Corona
Canisius College
BS, Triple Major: Accounting, Accounting Information Systems and Finance
May 2014

Jonathan is a resident of Batavia.  He is the Junior Vice President of the Canisius College Accounting Society and an Accounting Tutor for the College’s Tutoring Center.  He is also a Leader for New Student Orientation, and since May 2011 has worked at Darien Lake Them Park and Resort as Cash Control Lead.

Adam Pettinella
St. John Fisher College

Adam has interned with our Batavia office for the past two summers and is a resident of Batavia.  He’s accepted full-time employment with us after he graduates with his MBA in May 2014.  He is Captain of the Men’s Baseball Team at Fisher, a member of the Investment Club and he previously tutored Spanish for 6th and 7th graders.

Alexandra Demitry
Florida State University
BS Accounting – Spring 2013
MBA – May 2014

Alex has been on the Dean’s List each semester at Florida State.  She is a member of the Lady Spirit Hunters – a Spirit and Community Service-based organization, and the Ignite Party – the Florida State University Student Government Political Party.  She lives in Orchard Park and is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Keon Hall
Canisius College
BS, Accounting – May 2013
MBA – May 2014

A resident of Buffalo, Keon interned with People Inc. and Wegmans Supermarkets in their Accounting Departments.  He has served as a Peer Counselor in the Higher Education Opportunity Program at Canisius.  Keon is an active member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, and in 2012 was the Sergeant at Arms of the Afro American Society at the College  This past winter, Keon traveled to Chennai, India on a service trip through Canisius.

Ryan Maher
St. Bonaventure University
MBA/BBA, Accounting – May 2014

A resident of Williamsville, Ryan previously interned with another regional firm in Amherst, and New Era Cap in Buffalo.  He is a member of the Bonaventure Accounting Association – National Society of Leadership and Success, and participated in Club Volleyball and Intramurals.  Ryan was a Coach for Special Olympics Athletes as well.

Natalie Wisniewski

MBA – May 2014

Natalie resides in Williamsville.  She previously interned with Turner Accounting and Xact Tax.  She has been on the Dean’s List each semester, and is a member of the MAAC Women’s Golf All-Academic Team.

Anthony Venette
St. John Fisher College
BS,  Accounting – May 2013
MBA – May 2014

Anthony lives in Fairport and will be interning with our Audit Department.  He previously interned with Xerox Corporation in Webster and Christopher Pratt, CPA in Fairport.  He is an Accounting Tutor and Teacher Assistant at Fisher, and has over 900 hours of community service with organizations like St. Peter’s Soup Kitchen, Homework Huddle and Jefferson High School.  He also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
