Guinness World Records is the universally recognized authority on record-breaking achievement and the annual Guinness World Records book is the best-selling copyrighted title of all time. A local Rochester area organization will soon make an attempt to be included in the famous pages of the next book, and you can help get them there!

Freed Maxick is a sponsor of the Spencerport Girl Scout Guinness World Record Attempt “ROC the Record,” hoping to help local Girl Scouts collect over 560,000 pounds of food in 24 hours and break a Guinness World Record!

When – September 14th 11am to September 15th 11am

Where – Spencerport Firemen’s carnival grounds
(75 South Union Street Spencerport, NY)

Why – All the food we collect will be sent to FoodLink and local food cupboards to help those in need

What – From the public, we need heavy and nonperishable food items to donate (such as canned goods)  to help the Girl Scouts break the Guinness World Record..

If you can’t make it in person but still want to help, just click on the “Donate To This Drive” button on this fundraising webpage: to purchase the food you would like to contribute. At the end of the drive, the food will be delivered to Foodlink for you and you will receive a tax receipt via email.

Thank you in advance for your support!
