AMA | Rochester’s Small / Medium Business and Nonprofit Marketing Special Interest Group is hosting this two part webinar on marketing research.
Part 1 discusses how small and medium businesses and not-for-profit organizations can incorporate marketing research into their business planning process.
It will give examples of what types of customer and market information can be collected during different phases of a service or product life cycle to help drive business decisions. We will also have time for the audience to share how they are collecting customer and market information.
Part 2 will address what tools, resources and support are available to execute these types of techniques.

The Small / Medium Business and Nonprofit Marketing Special Interest Group is for marketers that are in companies or organizations with limited marketing resources – whether it is funding or personnel. These are marketers that wear a lot of hats and have to get creative in achieving marketing ROI on a limited budget.
The purpose of this group is for participants to share real world ideas, best practices and approaches on how others in the Rochester area are tackling marketing strategies and day to day tasks. Participants in this group will come away learning new techniques they can apply to their jobs to maximize marketing effectiveness on a “small company” budget.
