Administrative Assistant

We have Full-Time opportunities for an experienced Administrative Assistant in our Buffalo office to assist in many areas of the Firm.  This in an in-house position with hybrid/remote capabilities.    

About The Job:

  • Report preparation using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Scanning
  • Mailroom coverage
  • Calendar maintenance
  • Booking travel and appointments
  • Reception/phone coverage
  • Firm scheduling assistance and other administrative support tasks as needed


What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize duties and internal management requests
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and meet rapidly changing deadlines
  • Professional and positive attitude
  • Self-starting team player
  • Some overtime required during peak busy seasons

The compensation for this role varies based on experience and falls within the range of $45,000 to $60,000. These salary ranges are for applicants based in Western New York. Consideration will be given to applicants outside of our geographic area with appropriate ranges provided, based on location.
