Immediate full-time opportunity with a Top 100 CPA Firm in Batavia, NY for a polished administrative assistant to work in our Accounting and Auditing Department.
Daily responsibilities include report preparation using Word, Excel and PowerPoint, calendar maintenance and other administrative support tasks as needed.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy office required with top-notch Microsoft Office skills, excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple simultaneous responsibilities with sensitivity to deadlines.
Must be professional in appearance and attitude; some overtime required.
