We have immediate remote and hybrid opportunities for Experienced Associates in our 1040 practice area.  FT/PT/Seasonal positions available! 

About The Job

• Prepare and review Federal and state personal income tax returns (1040’s) Interact closely with managers and directors in providing clients innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance
• Provide primary and secondary review of complex 1040 returns
• Prepare projections of annual taxable income and tax due
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax vouchers
• Assist in the resolution of issues with IRS/Tax Authorities

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 3 + years in tax preparation required
• Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• CPA or Enrolled Agent a plus but not required
• Proven experience with 1040 tax preparation and review
• Experience with ProSystems a plus
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
• Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
• Strong work ethic
