Suralink Portal
In most cases, Freed Maxick clients who receive both tax AND assurance services use the Suralink portal.

Enter your email address as your User ID and click the “Forgot Password” to reset your password.
1. Log into the Freed Maxick portal. If you have multiple portals, select the portal you wish to add the user to.
2. Click CLIENT USERS in the upper right corner.
3. Click “Add New User” in the upper left corner and enter all required information, then click “Save and Close.”
4. If you are the portal administrator for more than one portal, you may choose to add the new user to another portal by clicking the “Assigned Portals” tab.
5. Click “Save and Close.”
IMPORTANT: The new user will receive a welcome email. Be sure they add the noreply@wolterskluwer.com and noreply@cch.com email addresses to their contact list and / or mark the address as “not spam.”

Check document status: Ensure that the documents were successfully uploaded. Look for a green checkmark next to the uploaded document.
