Staffing and Organizational Assessment

We will conduct staff interviews with patient financial services and patient access relative to the execution of daily activities to determine the adequacy of skill sets for executing performance. The key considerations include:

• Staff interviews of key personnel
• Policy and procedures review
• Organizational structure; staffing patterns, job descriptions/roles and skill mix
• Staffing competency and professional culture
